Discovery Pre-Call

(15 minutes at least 3 days prior) – To gain an understanding of the moving pieces.

Private “Brain Dump” Meeting with Me (up to 4 hours)

– The “ownership team” and I will meet, preferably in person (without interruption and off-site, if required), to record each step of your customers’ experience, from beginning to end. This is the Customer Loyalty Map. (Employee Loyalty Map can be substituted, if desired)

Like with the Customer Loyalty Map, you’ll receive:
